Serving as the primary financial co-pilot to manufacturing leadership, this role translates complex data into real-time operational strategies, drives profitability, and champions continuous improvement across the facilities producing the backbone of all Ford vehicles.

o Capital Efficiency: Oversee review, approval, and optimization of non-product capital spending to ensure lowest-cost execution.
o Financial Architecture: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and closing processes across North American facilities while maintaining robust internal controls.
o Digital Transformation: Champion and implement modern data tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI) to streamline and modernize the finance function.
