We’re looking for a sharp, motivated Controller who doesn’t just close the books, but owns them. This isn’t a back-office position. What You’ll Own
- Full responsibility for accounting operations, including month-end close, reporting, and cash flow management
- Improving accuracy, timeliness, and visibility of financial data
- Identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and risks—and implementing solutions
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and cash planning during a critical phase
- Partnering with ownership to navigate financial challenges and drive better decisions
- Establishing processes, controls, and systems that support long-term stability
- Managing external partners (CPA, tax, etc.) and internal team members
What We’re Looking For
- 3-7+ years of experience as a Controller or senior accounting leader, ideally in a fast-paced or evolving environment
- Strong grasp of GAAP, cash flow management, and financial controls
- Experience in turnaround, restructuring, or cleaning up financials is a major plus
- A builder + problem-solver mindset—you don’t wait for perfect conditions
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute in a changing environment
- Clear communicator who can turn financial data into actionable insight
