Controller
Location: Kennesaw, Georgia (Hybrid)
Compensation: $120,000 – $140,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage accounting functions, such as accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
- Prepare and present financial statements and reports to senior management.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate external audits and support strategic planning.
Required Skills and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA required
- 6-9 years of experience in accounting or financial management
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Proven leadership and financial operations management experience
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
