    Controller | Manufacturing Finance Leadership Opportunity


    Compensation: $125,000 - $130,000 Base + Significant Annual Bonus Potential + Profit Sharing

    Key Responsibilities



    • Lead all financial reporting activities and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information

    • Maintain and strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance initiatives

    • Direct budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance analysis

    • Partner with operational leaders to improve profitability, productivity, and decision-making

    • Oversee inventory accounting, reconciliations, fixed assets, accounts receivable, and month-end reporting

    • Develop KPIs, financial models, and management reporting tools to support business objectives

    • Lead and develop accounting staff while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

    • Analyze financial results and provide actionable recommendations to leadership

    Successful candidates will bring:



    • Strong manufacturing accounting and inventory experience

    • Proven leadership of accounting teams

    • Experience strengthening internal controls and supporting audit activities

    • Ability to partner with operations and influence business decisions

    • Strong forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis experience

    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

    • A proactive mindset focused on process improvement and operational excellence

    • Confidence presenting financial recommendations to senior leadership



    Qualifications



    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required

    • CPA required

    • 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience

    • Public accounting background strongly preferred

    • Manufacturing accounting experience required

    • Internal controls, audit, and financial reporting experience required

    • Experience with inventory accounting, forecasting, and business planning

    • Strong ERP, Excel, and analytical skills
