Controller | Manufacturing Finance Leadership Opportunity
Compensation: $125,000 - $130,000 Base + Significant Annual Bonus Potential + Profit Sharing

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial reporting activities and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance initiatives
- Direct budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance analysis
- Partner with operational leaders to improve profitability, productivity, and decision-making
- Oversee inventory accounting, reconciliations, fixed assets, accounts receivable, and month-end reporting
- Develop KPIs, financial models, and management reporting tools to support business objectives
- Lead and develop accounting staff while creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Analyze financial results and provide actionable recommendations to leadership

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
- CPA required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Public accounting background strongly preferred
- Manufacturing accounting experience required
- Internal controls, audit, and financial reporting experience required
- Experience with inventory accounting, forecasting, and business planning
- Strong ERP, Excel, and analytical skills
