Job Description:
The Corporate Controller is a critical leadership role responsible for the financial integrity of Penn Color’s USA operations and the execution of the global financial consolidation. This position provides oversight for the domestic accounting operations and serves as the primary technical lead for USA-based financial audits and domestic tax compliance. Beyond technical execution, the Corporate Controller acts as a steward for the accounting function, focused on lifting the team through mentorship, optimizing processes for efficiency, and ensuring the department is structured to grow alongside the organization’s evolving needs.

You will be dedicated to elevating those around you and helping the team achieve their career goals. Given our private ownership structure, we value a Controller who is comfortable pivoting priorities, discreet, and deeply committed to the long-term financial health of the organization.
