About the Role: Controller
We’re seeking a Controller to lead all aspects of accounting and finance. From AP/AR to payroll and the GL, you’ll keep the numbers accurate, the reporting clean, and the compliance on lock. You’ll also be the go-to person for audits, budgeting, and system upgrades while helping the organization level up its financial operations.
What You’ll Do: Controller
- Oversee AP, AR, payroll, GL, and vendor management
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements with supporting analysis
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and monitor the annual budget
- Lead audits, reviews, and regulatory cost reporting
- Roll out smarter processes that boost efficiency, transparency, and compliance
- Maintain org-wide financial and accounting policies that keep everything running tight
What We’re Looking For: Controller
- Experience preparing and presenting financial reports to Boards of Directors and executive leadership.
- Strong background developing, tracking, and reporting on KPIs and financial metrics.
- Hands-on experience overseeing billing, revenue cycle, accounts receivable, and revenue recognition processes.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Proven ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and month-end/year-end close processes.
- Advanced Excel and ERP system experience required.
