The Controller will oversee the accounting function while serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership. This person will play a critical role in financial reporting, forecasting, process improvement, internal controls, and providing the financial insight needed to support continued growth.

What You’ll Do

• 
  
• Lead and oversee all accounting operations, including AP, AR, General Ledger, payroll, and financial reporting
• 
  
• Direct month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• 
  
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reporting
• 
  
• Provide leadership with meaningful financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions
• 
  
• Establish and strengthen accounting processes, controls, and reporting procedures
• 
  
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and financial visibility
• 
  
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements
• 
  
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax professionals, and other financial partners
• 
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
• 
  
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership and operational teams on strategic initiatives
• 
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
• 
  
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with significant Controller or senior accounting leadership experience
• 
  
• Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting expertise
• 
  
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to develop a high-performing accounting team
• 
  
• Strong understanding of internal controls, process improvement, and financial systems
• 
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly to executive leadership
• 
  
• Strategic, hands-on leader who is comfortable both managing the big picture and diving into the details
