Controller - Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Lead the accounting function, including day-to-day operations, financial reporting, and close activities.
• 
  
• Provide hands-on leadership, coaching, and direction to the accounting team while establishing clear processes and accountability.
• 
  
• Evaluate existing accounting workflows and implement process improvements, controls, and efficiencies.
• 
  
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting while supporting compliance and organizational requirements.
• 
  
• Partner with leadership on financial initiatives, special projects, and opportunities to strengthen the accounting infrastructure.
• 
  

Controller - Qualifications

• 
  
• Progressive accounting leadership experience with a strong background overseeing accounting operations and teams.
• 
  
• Healthcare industry experience is strongly desired; nonprofit experience is also highly valued.
• 
  
• Proven ability to lead through change, improve processes, and bring structure to an evolving accounting environment.
