Controller
Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 base + discretionary bonus
Location: Denver, CO.

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Lead month-end close, financial reporting, and GAAP-compliant financial statements
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, audits, tax coordination, and internal controls
• Manage project accounting including WIP, revenue recognition, and profitability analysis
• Serve as system owner for Deltek Vantagepoint and drive process improvements
• Partner with operations on utilization, backlog, and financial performance insights

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with leadership responsibility
• Prior Controller, Assistant Controller, or Accounting Manager experience
• Strong expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and audit leadership
