Controller - Construction Company, Reporting to the CEO (Columbia, MO)

Why this role?

Take ownership of the whole finance function at a growing construction company, with a direct line to the CEO. The package is $150,000-$200,000+ plus a bonus of up to 30%.

What will you own?

• Cash flow, budgets, AR, and billing
• WIP, revenue recognition, and job cost
• Building and leading the accounting team
• KPIs, audits, and equipment costing

Who are we looking for?

• A degree in accounting or finance and a CPA, MCA, or CCIFP (required)
• 7+ years in accounting or finance, at least 3 of them in management
• Construction accounting experience; Viewpoint Vista is a plus

On-site in Columbia, MO, a short drive from Kingdom City.
