Controller
Salary: $130,000-$150,000 +10% bonus

- Serve as the financial leader for a growing, project-based organization with in-house design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance capabilities.
- Take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, job costing, and project financial analysis in an environment where your work directly impacts profitability.
- Partner closely with executive leadership and operational teams to provide meaningful financial insight and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead and develop the accounting team while strengthening processes, controls, and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, WIP reporting, job costing, and project financial analysis as the Controller.
- Oversee the daily accounting function, month-end close, reconciliations, cash flow, and financial reporting.
- Partner with project managers and operational leaders to analyze project performance, identify trends, and improve profitability.
- Strengthen accounting processes, internal controls, systems, and reporting while driving continuous improvement.
- Support executive leadership with financial strategy, planning, cash flow management, and business decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 10+ years experience preferably in manufacturing, construction or distribution environment.
- Management experience highly desired.
