QB Johnson, Mfg. Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Controller/Accounting Manager to join our team. Reporting to the CEO, this person will manage day-to-day accounting operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial integrity, internal control, and timely reporting across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee AR, AP, Payroll and Cash Management
- Maintain and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal control to support operational efficiency and compliance
- Prepare timely, accurate financial statements, reports and presentations.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with the CEO to align on financial goals
- 401k Administrator
- Review customer contracts
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the finance department’s overall success
Qualifications & Skills required: - Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communicator across departments and with clients
- Skilled in problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Experience with regulatory compliance and reporting requirements
- Knowledge of internal controls and audit process
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required: Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant account experience; experience in manufacturing, CPA designation is a plus.
