Required Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve process issues
• Knowledge of control systems and equipment such as pumps, valves, compressors, heaters, and coolers
• Ability to operate under safety protocols and adhere to facility policies
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in oil and gas facilities or related industrial environments
• Basic understanding of process optimization techniques
• Certifications related to plant safety or control systems management

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical or technical/vocational training preferred
• Previous control room or plant operation experience is a plus, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with similar industrial settings

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
• Willingness to comply with safety requirements and facility policies
• This is a 12-month + position, with potential for extension or other opportunities
