Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role is essential in monitoring and managing the progress of various projects, including testing, deployments, and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate will be flexible with their schedule, as the position may require working AM or PM shifts and occasional weekend support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduation or Postgraduate degree is required
- Experience in assisting in release activities
- Motivated and eager to learn
- Effective communication skills
- Strong team skills and willingness to ask for help
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Technical acumen is a plus
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Monitor and report on project progress against plans
- Manage testing, deployment checklists, and milestones
- Coordinate environment refreshes, dress rehearsals, and cutover activities
- Facilitate checkpoint calls and document notes
- Handle ad-hoc requests as needed
