As a Control Panel Technician, you'll be an integral part of assembling and wiring control panels, contributing to the automation industry. Youll work closely with a skilled team to ensure each panel is built to high standards and meets project specifications.
What You'll Do
As a Control Panel Technician, you will be responsible for:
Assembling PLC control panels with precision, ensuring components are correctly placed and wired
Installing jumper wires and positioning electrical components accurately within control panels
Cutting, stripping, and coupling wires to create secure, safe, and compliant connections
Drilling and tapping holes to accommodate components while maintaining strong workmanship standards
Assisting with general electrical and mechanical assembly tasks as needed to meet project demands
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
12 years of relevant professional experience in electrical assembly or control panel work
Professional working experience in soldering and building reliable electrical connections
Familiarity with reading electrical schematics (preferred, not required)
Comfort using power tools (drills, screwdrivers, grinders, sanders) and standing for extended periods
The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
