Control Panel Technician I
Hourly Range: $20/hr - $26/hr
DIRECT HIRE
M-F, 6a-3:30 P
- Read a standard tape measure down to 1/16
- Read a metric tape measure down to 1 mm
- Operate and read a digital caliper
- Be able properly set up and use the DIN Rail shear and Duct cutter
- Properly measure, cut and install DIN Rail and Wire Duct per design
- Install electrical devices on subpanel and/or enclosure per design
- Effectively read and understand panel layout specifications
- Safely operate a pallet jack
- Able to effectively utilize Microsoft O365 products specifically Teams, Outlook and Excel
- General computer skills to perform internet research and navigate basic software applications
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. in a safe manner
- Use tools in a safe and appropriate manner
- Understanding of the Standard Operating Procedures specific to job role
- Be able to be on your feet for multiple hours in a day
- Apply Lean tools in daily workmaintain 3S standards and identify and communicate sources of waste for continuous improvement
- Key Metrics: Quality (right-first-time manufacturing) and On-Time Delivery
