Wells Fargo is seeking a Control Management Specialist to join the Technology Risk and Control Management function supporting Technology Controls Modernization and Measurement.
This role will support the modernization of technology risk and control management practices through data-driven analysis, visualization, automation and reporting. The individual will contribute to the development of modern control monitoring capabilities, including dashboards, metrics, key risk indicators (KRIs) and data-driven risk insights that enhance the identification, assessment, and monitoring of technology risks.
This role will also assist in the design and implementation of repeatable processes that improve control transparency, reporting effectiveness and management decision-making, building upon the organization's broader focus on data-driven control monitoring and risk reporting.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
