Job Title: Control Engineer
Location: Jonesboro, Arkansas (Onsite)

Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Provide onsite automation and control engineering support for manufacturing and capital projects.
Develop and review control philosophies, functional design specifications, and automation architecture.
Support PLC, HMI, SCADA, and historian system modifications.
Review vendor automation packages and integration requirements.
Participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, and startup activities.
Troubleshoot control system issues and implement corrective actions.
Support network architecture and industrial communication protocols.
Develop alarm management and control system improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with process, electrical, and project engineering teams.
Ensure cybersecurity, safety, and regulatory compliance standards are followed.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or Control Systems Engineering.
7 to 10 years of industrial automation experience.
Experience with Allen Bradley, Rockwell, Siemens, or Schneider control platforms.
Strong knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and industrial communication networks.
Experience in FMCG, consumer products, food & beverage, or personal care manufacturing environments.
Familiarity with ISA standards and automation lifecycle practices.
Experience supporting commissioning and startup activities.
Ability to read and develop control narratives, I/O lists, and logic documentation.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work onsite at client locations in the USA.
Priority 1: FMCG, Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, Personal Care
Priority 2: Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Manufacturing Automation
Nice to Have: Unilever experience, large-scale manufacturing, capital projects
Education & Experience
Bachelor's: Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical, or Control Systems Engineering
7 10 years industrial automation experience
FMCG/Consumer Products/Food & Beverage/Personal Care preferred
