KeyResponsibilities
As a Contract Specialist, you will support the administration and management of consultancy, construction, equipment, technology, and service contracts throughout project execution. WorkingcloselywiththeContractManager,youwillhelpprotecttheproject'scontractualandcommercialintereststhroughdisciplinedcontractadministration,commercialreporting,compliancemonitoring,andstakeholdercoordination.
Administercontractsthroughouttheprojectlifecycle,ensuringcompliancewithcontractualobligations,milestones,anddeliverables.
Maintainaccuratecontractrecords,correspondence,notices,registers,andadministrationsystemstosupportauditreadinessandgovernancerequirements.
Coordinatechangemanagementactivities,includingvariations,compensationevents,claimstracking,andcontractualnoticerequirements.
Supportpaymentadministrationbyreviewingcontractorpaymentapplications,maintainingcontractvaluerecords,andassistingwithforecastingactivities.
Prepareweeklyandmonthlycommercialandcontractperformancereportstosupportprojectdecision-making.
Monitorcontractualcompliance,identifypotentialcommercialrisks,andsupportmitigationandauditactivities.
Collaboratewithinternalandexternalstakeholderstosupporttenderevaluations,contractawards,contractexecution,andprojectdeliveryobjectives.

Strongknowledgeofcontractadministration,changemanagement,claimsprocesses,commercialreporting,paymentadministration,andcontractgovernancepractices.
Demonstratedabilitytomanagemultiplecontractsandstakeholderinterfaceswhilemaintainingexceptionalattentiontodetailanddocumentcontroldiscipline.
