Role: Contracts Program Manager Supplier Vendor Management- Hybrid
Location: Bellevue, WA - Hybrid- Prefer Seattle locals - work from MSFT office once a week

Key Skill: Supply chain, circular centers, supplier and vendor management, Program Manager, Strong analytical skills, Excel, Proven experience preferably in logistics, operations or supply chain environments
Role Descriptions:
- Own end to end supplier contract lifecycle management| including SOW creation| review| and execution for downstream vendors suppliers
- Partner with procurement| program teams| and suppliers post component server selection to onboard vendors and enable go to market readiness
- Drive SOW drafting and approvals| including coordination with CELA (legal) and compliance stakeholders
- Manage contract workflows in Icertis (preferred)| ensuring accuracy| tracking| and timely execution
- Support vendor onboarding and setup within Microsoft systems prior to engagement transactions
- Ensure status tracking| prioritization| and timely closure of contract deliverables
- Act as the single point of contact for supplier contract queries| ensuring alignment across business| legal| and operations
- Maintain contract documentation| governance| and audit readiness across the lifecycle
Basic Requirements
- Strong program/project management fundamentals (status tracking| prioritization| stakeholder coordination)
- Experience working with supplier vendor contracts and SOWs
- Familiarity with Icertis and legal contract workflows (CELA) preferred
