Contracts Manager

We are looking for a Contracts and Sales Manager to join our team at the Elbit Systems site in Bar-Lev Industrial Zone.

This is a key and dynamic role combining commercial leadership, financial understanding, and the ability to drive complex business processes in Israel and abroad. Join a company that leads advanced defense and aerospace solutions while working in a global and meaningful environment.

In this role, you will:

Manage sales processes from a financial and commercial perspective, including preparation and leadership of price proposals and bids in Israel and abroad. Manage commercial contracts throughout their lifecycle. Prepare and refine price proposals. Lead commercial and contractual negotiations. Communicate and collaborate with customers in Israel and abroad.

Requirements:

• B.A. in Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, or Law - Mandatory
• MBA - Advantage
• At least 3 years of experience managing commercial processes and building cost and price proposals
• Ability to independently lead commercial processes
• Experience working with internal and external customers
• Experience working in a matrix organization
