    IDR is seeking a Contracts Coordinator to join one of our clients for an opportunity in Dallas, Texas. This role is essential for managing the full lifecycle of contracts, funding opportunities, and compliance activities that support critical public safety operations. The position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to oversee contract administration, coordinate grant and funding initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive strategic operational improvements.

    Position Overview for the Contracts Coordinator:

    • Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including execution, renewals, amendments, and compliance reporting.
    • Coordinate grant and funding initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborate with leadership, finance, legal, vendors, and external agencies to support contract and funding activities.
    • Oversee data tracking, reporting, and metric monitoring to evaluate contract and funding performance.
    • Support strategic improvements to contract and funding processes within the organization.

    Requirements for the Contracts Coordinator:

    • 3+ years of contract administration, grants management, funding coordination, or compliance experience
    • Experience managing the full contract lifecycle (execution, renewals, amendments, compliance, reporting)
    • Knowledge of grant administration, funding opportunities, and compliance requirements
    • Strong stakeholder management with leadership, finance, legal, vendors, and external agencies
    • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and tracking contract/funding performance metrics
