Contracts and Pricing Coordinator

Job Title: Contracts and Pricing Analyst
Location: Malvern, PA
Type: Contract
Compensation: $25-$30.35/hr
Work Model: Remote
Hours: M - F 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Support achievement of annual service contract revenue and profitability targets.
• Partner with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing, billing adjustments, and revenue recognition.
• Conduct historical contract research, financial analysis, and cost modeling for ROI purposes.
• Assist with pricing strategy and development of service contract proposals.
• Develop and execute data-backed strategies to increase contract penetration and renewal rates
• Identify and lead efforts to drive coming off warranty attachment rates >90 days in advance
• Partner with cross functional partners to develop and implement new service offerings
• Identify root causes, evaluate solutions, and recommend enhancement upgrades to provide a more efficient service process
• Drive sustainable process improvements to optimize contract performance and customer experience
• Mentor teammates, support new hire onboarding, and participate in departmental training
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ERP and CRM systems and related processes
• Independently manage special projects with minimal supervision
• Flexibly support additional responsibilities as needed to meet evolving business needs'

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales operations, pricing, contracts, customer support, commercial operations, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems.
• Knowledge of contract administration and pricing processes.
• Experience supporting cross-functional business operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
