Contracts Administrator

Key Responsibilities for the Contracts Administrator:
- Maintain and update vendor and contract information across multiple systems.
- Review, organize, tag, and manage contract documentation.
- Support the migration of contract and vendor records into new business applications.
- Track and report on data quality and record management activities
- Research, reconcile, and update historical contract and vendor information.
- Partner with procurement, vendor management, and operations teams to ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications for the Contracts Administrator:
- Experience in contract administration, procurement, vendor management, or a related field.
- Experience working with contract management, document management, or procure-to-pay processes.
- Exposure to Coupa, IronClad, Ariba, or similar systems preferred.
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills, including data manipulation and data cleansing.
Salary: $70,000 - $75,000
