    Contracts Administrator I

    Remote role (EST preferred as Manager is based in NY)

    3+ month Contract (possibility for extension)

    What We Do/Project

    This position will play a key role in maintaining the data in the contract repository system used by WBD''s global procurement function. This position will work with PCS, Procurement team members and stakeholders across all WBD business entities (US and International) to identify and enter contract metadata into the contract lifecycle management solution, Agiloft.

    Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role

    • Extract key contract metadata (dates, values, suppliers etc.) from the contracts
    • Enter the identified metadata and contract documents into Agiloft, assuring the quality and accuracy of the data entered
    • Report on various metrics about the contract repository status
    • Ad-hoc assignments as requested by the management
    • or services.
    • Understand contract hierarchies, as this knowledge is needed to support the parent-child relationship for contract metadata

    Must Have Skills / Requirements

    1) Technical Acumen

    a. 3+ years; Able to learn new IT system at an advanced user level; Experience leveraging AI.

    2) In-Depth Understanding of contract hierarchies

    a. 3+ years; Communication skills.

    3) Attention to Detail

    a. 3+ years; Position will be reviewing contracts primarily. Candidates should be able to understand contract terms in order to validate the data.

    Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements

    1) Certified Paralegal.

    2) Experience with Workday Strategic Sourcing.

    3) Contract lifecycle management solutions.

    Soft Skills:

    1) Language Skills: fluent English essential

    2) Communication skills required: standard & regular exchange of information on policies & processes

    3) Works under limited supervision for routine situations; and detailed guidelines for non-routine cases, new project or new assignments

    4) Problem solving: Works within identified procedures & policies

    5) Able to control the quality of his/her own deliverables

    6) Attention to detail

    7) Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines

    Technology Requirements:

    1) Able to learn new IT system at an advanced user level

    Education / Certifications

    1) General higher education university degree

    2) 2nd round with Senior Manager (VP of Procurement)
