    As our Contracts Administrator, you'll be responsible for supporting project operations by managing contract documentation, subcontractor compliance, and project records while ensuring compliance with California construction regulations.

    Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator:



    • Support the bidding process by preparing and organizing contract documentation

    • Maintain accurate and compliant project files throughout the project lifecycle

    • Review, prepare, and manage contracts with a high level of accuracy

    • Coordinate subcontractor qualification, onboarding, and compliance requirements

    • Track critical project information, logs, and documentation

    • Provide timely administrative support and communication to Project Managers

    • Ensure complete and organized project closeout documentation

    • Help maintain compliance with California State and Federal regulations


    Preferred Qualifications for the Contracts Administrator:



    • Experience in contracts administration, compliance, or construction administration

    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
