Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Create world-class design solutions for a wide range of user, business and marketing goals by supporting program-level work.
  • Create relevant deliverables including user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity design and prototypes partnering with strategists, researchers, writers and product managers.
  • Drive a sense of urgency in the team to deliver work, emphasizing the use of lean tools/techniques for rapid delivery of assignments
  • Analyze and synthesize data, research insights, and client feedback in order to make critical design decisions day to day.
  • Utilize design thinking principles to build engaging customer experiences and craft design with elegant simplicity.
  • Present design solutions to project teams, partners, and stakeholders. Ensures the success of the strategy and the ability to champion the best possible user experience.
  • Partner with IT project teams and ensure adherence to defined design and behaviors.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers on project schedules, assignments, and workflows.
  • Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience creating web and/or product design experience
  • Strong wireframing and visual design skills in the context of component-based and responsive design practice
  • Proficiency in modern design tools such as Sketch, Abstract, InVision, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong understanding in user-centered design principles and practices
  • Ability to proactively frame problems, work toward the solution with others, and defy conventional solutions if needed
  • Excellent communication skills (storytelling, visualization) and the ability to get buy-in on those ideas within a large organization.
  • Proven ability to design-lead a project from concept to completion.
  • Expert at using data (both quantitative and qualitative) to inform design.
  • Online portfolio with recent work and/or case studies will be absolutely preferred
