Payment Operations Expertise Demonstrates solid knowledge of wire transfers, cashier s checks, faster payments, Western Union, and related operational processes

Risk and Compliance Awareness Understands and applies regulatory requirements, including OFAC screening, fraud prevention controls, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, and internal policies to mitigate operational and compliance risk

Critical Thinking and Problem Solving Analyzes complex payment scenarios, identifies root causes, resolves exceptions efficiently, and makes sound decisions while balancing member service, risk, and operational requirements

Detail Oriented Maintains a high level of accuracy when reviewing payment instructions, account information, and supporting documentation to prevent errors and financial losses

Communication and Collaboration Effectively partners with team members and stakeholders to resolve issues, provide updates, and support operational objectives
