Description

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a pharmaceutical company in the Durham area that is hiring a Contract Material Handler. This is an excellent temporary 1st shift opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional to support daily material handling and inventory operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Stage raw materials and supplies for production according to operational needs.
    Receive incoming raw materials, verify materials as needed, and ensure they are properly stored.
  • Put away materials in designated warehouse locations while maintaining an organized inventory.
  • Perform routine inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
    Safely move, handle, and transport materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
  • Follow established procedures for material handling, storage, housekeeping, and workplace safety.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of warehouse or material handling experience.
  • Current forklift certification required.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
