Pay Rate: Starting at $100 per hour
Duration: 1 year contract

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Systems Specialist to support and enhance a complex Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2 environment, with a primary focus on Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and related enterprise applications.

This position is ideal for a hands-on Oracle professional with strong development and application support experience who can work independently, solve complex technical issues, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders. The role will be responsible for application development, system administration, integrations, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization of Oracle EAM and connected platforms.

Candidates with a strong background in Oracle EBS, Oracle APEX, OAF customizations, PL/SQL development, and enterprise application integrations will be highly successful in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical development, administration, maintenance, and production support for Oracle EAM.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support custom Oracle EBS applications, enhancements, and integrations.
• Support Oracle EAM integrations with Asset Performance Management (APM) and other enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, database, workflow, and interface issues.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain Oracle APEX applications, OAF customizations, PL/SQL packages, workflows, and SQL solutions.
• Partner with internal technical teams, vendors, and support organizations to ensure application stability and performance.
• Participate in change management, release management, and SOX-compliant deployment processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and system specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, system improvements, and operational efficiencies.

Required Qualifications

Must-Have Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) support and development experience.
• 5+ years of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) customization experience.
• 5+ years of Oracle APEX development experience.
• Strong experience with:
  • Oracle EBS R12+
  • PL/SQL
  • SQL
  • Oracle Workflow
  • Java development
• Experience supporting production enterprise applications and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to work onsite as required.
