Job Title:  Contract Specialist Legal
Location:  Phoenix, AZ
Salary Range:  $50/hr to $55/hr on W2 

Introduction

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on some of the most complex and technologically advanced data center projects in the industry. The role involves supporting contract administration and change management processes across multiple projects, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all contract-related activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Construction contract administration and change-order analysis: 5 years
• Contract interpretation and entitlement assessment under GMP or lump-sum construction contracts: 3 years
• Change management systems, Excel-based tracking, documentation, and reporting: 3 years
• Experience with contract management systems and business processes
• Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, engineering, real estate, or data center projects
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

• Strong administrative and analytical capabilities

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Review incoming correspondence, contract documentation, and change order requests
• Maintain contract databases and tracking tools
• Coordinate and attend contract-related meetings, including entitlement review discussions and change management meetings
