Our client, a leading organization in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a Contract Specialist III to join their team. As a Contract Specialist III, you will be part of the Contracts Department supporting project management and procurement teams. What's the Job?

• Negotiate and manage contracts related to IT agreements, including Professional Services, software licenses, SaaS, data licensing, hardware, telecom, SOWs, and Order Forms.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as technical leads, risk management, tax, and legal to ensure contracts protect company interests and meet organizational policies.
• Redline contract documents, review terms, and negotiate to achieve fair and equitable agreements with vendors and contractors.
• Work closely with outside legal counsel to draft, review, and finalize contractual documents.
• Support project teams by ensuring contractual compliance and alignment with project requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in contract negotiation and management, specifically with IT-related agreements.
• Proven ability to negotiate terms and conditions effectively with vendors and contractors.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and legal counsel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
