Contract Site Lead/Operator

Summary:

The Contract Site Lead/Operator is responsible for overseeing onsite operations and ensuring the effective application of simulations, simulators, models, and games in training and education settings. This role involves managing teams, providing leadership, and ensuring the integration of C4I applications and mission command systems with the Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in simulation-based training, team management, and technical proficiency with the latest Microsoft operating systems and office applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and at least three years of experience as a Team/Project Manager.

• Three years of experience applying simulations, simulators, models, and games for training and education purposes.

• Three years of experience linking C4I applications and mission command systems with the JLCCTC Ver. 8.1 or JLCCTC-Entity Resolution Federation (ERF) simulation.

• One year of experience using the most recent version of Microsoft Operating Systems (e.g., Win 7/10), Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Professional 2013), and other common desktop applications such as Adobe Acrobat. Ability to quickly learn unique applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of a WARSIM Operator training course is preferred.

Base Salary Range: $50,000 – $100,000 / year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and structural alignment. Individual pay is influenced by several factors, including the candidate's work location, relevant experience, skillset, and contract constraints.
