Job Summary:
Design, build, configure, and maintain Epic Bridges interfaces.
Develop and support HL7 v2, FHIR, and web service integrations between Epic and third-party applications.
Perform interface analysis, data mapping, workflow validation, and end-to-end testing.
Monitor interface queues, diagnose failures, and resolve integration-related incidents within SLA.
Collaborate with Epic application teams, integration teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Support production deployments, upgrades, monthly releases, and system enhancements.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
Create and maintain interface specifications, workflow diagrams, and technical documentation.
Participate in on-call support for critical production issues as needed.
Ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability standards and organizational security requirements.
