• Number of Beds 1 labs
• Number of Staff 3-4 staff per procedure, plus anesthesia
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift 3-4. Mix of tech and RNs plus Supervisor
  • Night Shift none
• Patient Ratios 1:1
• Type of equipment - Philips
• EMR -Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Minimum 2 yrs experience
• Tech to have ARRT or RCES

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• 2 years+ experience dedicated to EP.
• Monitor with Claris

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Standard implant procedures. All EP ablation cases minus VT. Perform Watchman procedures High volume.

Best personality Fit:

• Very busy lab. Sense of urgency.

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.

• Scrub Color - Scrubs provided by hospital
