    Qualifications

    • Current Alabama RN or LPN license in good standing
    • Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
    • Excellent attendance and reliability
    • Strong communication and clinical skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Must pass required background check and drug screening


    Responsibilities

    • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
    • Accurately document resident care
    • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
    • Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
    • Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state/federal regulations
