Job Requirements

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited institution.

Certifications Requirements:

  • Ohio RN License
  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • IV Certification

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience
  • Proven experience with long-term care settings
  • Strong clinical assessment skills

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work rotating 3x12 shifts
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Capable of handling call-back duties and rotating weekends
  • Physical ability to stand and perform patient care duties for extended periods
  • Competent in EMR usage and documentation
