Job Title: Contract Recruiter
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months
Role Summary:
Support corporate recruiting across functions such as marketing, merchandising, accounting, and finance. Own full-cycle recruiting or selected stages depending on assignment, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR to deliver quality talent for both permanent and temporary roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and hiring support
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define role requirements and hiring needs
- Use job boards, social platforms, and sourcing tools to identify and engage candidates
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and future roles
- Communicate consistently with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Promote Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to attract top talent
- Support decision-making in hiring for direct hire roles when required
- Track and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously using ATS tools
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for corporate functions (marketing, merchandising, finance/accounting, etc.)
- Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search techniques
- Hands-on experience with ATS, recruitment marketing tools, and Excel
- Familiarity with employment laws and OFCCP hiring compliance
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple requisitions in parallel
