HR Additions has partnered with a growing organization in search of a Contract Recruiter. This role is hybrid and requires staff to be in office 4 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process.
• Recruit for a variety of corporate positions, including Finance, Accounting, IT, Marketing, and other professional-level roles.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs.
• Manage multiple requisitions and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business demands.
• Support high-volume recruiting efforts while maintaining a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1-2 years of staffing agency recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• Must have at least 5 years of full cycle recruiting
