We are looking for a dynamic, highly skilled, and experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join our consulting team. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your technical skills in a highly collaborative environment. As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our client's properties. You will be a key player in ensuring all properties are in top-notch condition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preventive maintenance, landscaping, painting, MEP, HVAC, and other related fields.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently.
2. Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions, and report any findings to the management team.
3. Coordinate with the property management team to complete all necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
4. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues before they escalate.
5. Perform minor fixes, such as repairing broken locks, damage to walls, etc.
6. Implement preventative maintenance measures.
7. Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
8. Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, HVAC system tune-ups, etc.
9. Respond to tenants’ maintenance requests and perform occasional cleaning duties.
10. Maintain the aesthetic appearance of the property through landscaping and painting duties.
11. Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Property Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a consulting environment.
2. Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
3. Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices.
4. Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.
5. Good physical condition and strength with the ability to work in awkward spaces.
6. Diploma from a trade school or successful completion of an apprenticeship.
7. Valid certification to handle HVAC systems will be a plus.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Strong organizational and time management skills.
11. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
12. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
