Title: Contract Membership Specialist (CMS)
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 Months


About the Job:
Provides contract membership support for external customers and internal business partners. This position ensures customer account data is aligned according to compliance, data governance, and business decisions within internal platforms, including Model N Revenue Manager (RM), SAP iShift, and other boundary system platforms. Addresses and resolves issues with high degree of scrutiny and completeness to maintain customer account data accuracy. This position routinely interacts with a variety of internal and external business partners to identify challenges, create solutions, and execute deliverables on time and with a high degree of efficiency. This role works closely with individuals and teams to drive the operational needs of our contracting activities. This role focuses on Master Data Management and Contract Eligibility and is not a Digital or Systems Architect role.

Responsibilities:
Key deliverables include customer account data accuracy
Manage the customer account life cycle of large, organized customers (LOC). This includes contract membership activities and customer account record management surrounding new eligibility and continued maintenance such as contract membership movement, additions, and deletions.
Works independently within Revenue Manager platform to create and manage membership affiliations and eligibility status for both direct and indirect customers.
Verify contract pricing, membership eligibility status, customer segments within Revenue Manager platform and boundary systems.
Provide Public & Private membership sector eligibility information upon request.
Responsibility for managing daily business tasks and processes with internal/external key stakeholders.
Access and process data within reporting tools, including Revenue Manager, SAP iShift, and boundary systems.
Communicate and resolve membership discrepancies; resolve inquires, maintain synchronization and integrity of membership.
Responsible and accountable for data compliance activities within membership and the oversight and execution of applicable processes and business decisions to achieve compliance.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date membership files are retained according to audit/compliance requirements.
Support and collaborate with *** Account Management team regarding contracting and membership processes.
Proactively collaborate with internal teams and external customers to harmonize membership processes, resolve issues, and address business challenges.
Responsible for execution and compliance of SOX and Government Pricing P&Ps.
Support and follow all SOP documentation guidelines, compliance, and auditing processes.
Responsibility for accuracy of customer account Master Data within iShift, RMUS, and all boundary systems.

Education:
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree preferred.

Experience:
5+ years experience in Pharmaceutical/Health environment or similar field.
Model N Revenue Manager experience preferred.
SAP / Shift Experience preferred.
Experience in contracting, membership or pricing is strongly preferred.
Strong analytical thinking and implementation skills.
Advanced Excel knowledge.
