There is no active vacancy at this time.Position OverviewFedSync is seeking a Contract Manager to ensure performance under the U.S. Marshals Service Executive, Administrative and Professional Support Services BPA. The Contract Manager holds full authority to act on behalf of FedSync on all matters related to the daily operation of the BPA and its subsequent call orders, and serves as the primary point of contact through which all communication with the Government takes place.This position is not located at a USMS location.Designation RequirementThe Contract Manager and a designated Alternate must be named in writing to the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative within ten (10) days of BPA acceptance. The Alternate acts on behalf of FedSync when the Contract Manager is absent and holds the same full authority.ResponsibilitiesGovernment InterfaceServe as the primary point of contact through which all communication with the Government takes placeReceive and execute all call orders on behalf of FedSyncWork with the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative to resolve issues, receive technical instructions, and ensure adequate performance of the required servicesRemain available during normal business hours and responsive to Government inquiries within timelines established by the CO and/or CORCommunicate effectively with USMS Contracting Officers and CORsScope ManagementEnsure contract service providers do not perform any services outside the scope of the BPA without an executed modification signed by a properly warranted Contracting OfficerEnsure contract service providers understand that services performed outside the scope of the BPA are performed wholly at the expense of the contractorPersonnel ManagementFacilitate the prompt resolution of contractor personnel performance, conduct, attendance, and staffing issues identified by the GovernmentProvide day-to-day supervision of contractor assignmentsManage contract employee schedulingEstablish Team Leads to provide on-site supervision of contractor personnel, as the Contract Manager is not an on-site positionTraining and OrientationEnsure orientation and training is delivered to new contractor personnel, covering FedSync-specific topics as well as the following USMS-specific requirements at minimum:Daily report timeIn-office work requirementProfessional communication techniquesAppropriate work attireAppropriate office mannerismsEnsure on-the-job training is provided to new contractor personnelEnsure periodic refresher training is provided to contractor personnelArrange any additional training required for specific job performance at the request of the CO and/or CORQuality and DeliverablesEnsure on-site quality control of contractor employee work productEnsure deliverables are provided correctly and on timePosition ConditionsThe Contract Manager will not be located at any USMS locationThis is a non-compensable position under the BPAAvailability required during normal business hoursFedSync is an Equal Opportunity Employer:We do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, gender, national origin, political affiliation, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, genetic information, age, membership in an employee organization, retaliation, parental status, military service, or other non-merit factors.
