Position Summary:
Sourcing; Contract Negotiation; Vendor Management, Client Excel; Communication " Graduate with 3+ years of experience including 1+ years of sourcing experience in initiating, executing, evaluating and managing strategic sourcing activities. Good understanding of 5-10 direct or indirect categories.
" 1-3 years experience managing intermediate sized programs related to Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), including but not limited to communicating with stakeholders and participants in business review, organizing Supplier Business Review (SBR) meetings, developing slides and reports for meeting, gathering scorecard results.
" The Sr. Sourcing Associate will execute intermediate and complex sourcing projects, from start to finish, including but not limited to sourcing requests validation per LinkedIn guidelines, requirements analysis for the bid packages, communicating with LinkedIn requesters to close any data gaps, prepare and publish the package to the identified suppliers for bidding purposes, following up with suppliers to ensure adequate participation, and summarizing proposals back to the requestor.

o Manage and lead Sourcing Execution and driving value from the projects
o Manage LinkedIn expectations and ensure project success
o Facilitate LinkedIn SRM activities such as Supplier Business Reviews and Supplier Scorecard"
