Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in the pharmaceutical industry? We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage the end-to-end contracting process for our Market Access team. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely or being based at our vibrant headquarters in Princeton, NJ, a hub for innovation and collaboration.

Job Purpose / Summary

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts with a variety of customers, including GPOs, Wholesalers, Distributors, Specialty Pharmacies, and Integrated Delivery Networks. You will collaborate with our Market Access Strategy team to implement new contracting strategies and ensure all financial, legal, compliance, and corporate guidelines are met. Your role will include managing the redline process, interfacing with Contract Operations, and performing special projects.

Major Accountabilities / Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end contracting process for assigned accounts.
• Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Market Access Strategy team on new strategies.
• Liaise with Legal and internal partners for contract development.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and standards.

Key Performance Indicators

• Accuracy and timeliness of contracting deliverables.
• Effectiveness in translating stakeholder input into contract terms.
• Depth of customer insight applied to negotiation strategy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in contract drafting and negotiations for pharmaceutical commercial contracts.
• Advanced understanding of legal and business aspects of pharmaceutical contracts.
• Broad-based contracting experience across multiple customer segments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly developed time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferences

• Experience with Sandoz Contract Lifecycle Management system.
• Background in managing agreements with Contract Operations.
