Has full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operations. Supervise and Lead the Grant Specialists Team - assign and prioritize workloads. Review the quality and accuracy of grant actions. Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback. Ensure staff follow established grants policies and procedures. Oversee the Grants lifecycle. Ensuring adherence to federal regulations, organizational policies, and funding requirements.Education/Certifications:Possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and possess the following qualifications:Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing a complex multidisciplinary team involving multiple facets of technical effort.Performs day-to-day management of overall contractor support operations, possibly involving multiple projects and groups of personnel at multiple locations.Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and production of all contract support activities. Demonstrates written and oral communication skills.
