Contract Manager

Contract Manager (Direct Hire)
Bay Area, CA | Full-Time, In Office | Salary: $110-120k DOE

Agility Recruiting is partnering with a well-established, family-owned construction contractor to hire a Contract Manager. This is a leadership role for someone who can build and run a contracts and compliance department, not just review documents.

What you'll do

• Manage the full contract process for both incoming and outgoing contracts, working with subcontractors and suppliers from first draft to final execution
• Lead and develop a small team of contracts and claims assistants
• Oversee compliance, including subcontractor insurance certificates and certified payroll tracking
• Work closely with Estimating, Project Management, and in-house legal counsel

What we're looking for

• Contract administration or management experience in construction (heavy civil is a plus but not required)
• Proven experience leading a team and building processes
• Strong eye for detail in insurance requirements (additional insured, waiver of subrogation, and similar)
• Paralegal background welcome
