Job Summary:
About the Role & Team
The Contract Management team is responsible for managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle, from licensee on-boarding, contract negotiations, through contract amendments and renewals. This role has high interaction with a broad array of Disney groups (Licensing, Finance, Legal, Credit and Collections, ILS, etc.), as well as Disney's licensees. The team also focuses on implementing efficient and effective systems and processes.
The Contract Manager provides governance and oversight of contract administration activities, supports new agreements, contract renewals and amendments, ensures data integrity within Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, drives process improvements, monitors operational performance, and partners with stakeholders to resolve complex contract and compliance issues.

The hiring range for this position in Florida is $99,900.00-$121,900.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
