Burnett is proud to be partnering with a Texas leader in green energy! Our client is dedicated to providing 100% renewable, clean electricity as well as carbon-neutral natural gas. They are currently needing to add a Contracts Management Analyst to their busy Northwest Houston Team. This is an amazing Temp-to-Hire opportunity with a company that truly values its employees! 

The Contract Management Analyst will support customer onboarding, agreement processing, and data validation activities across multiple sales and partner channels. This role plays an important part in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of operational processes while helping drive continuous improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process, review, and validate customer agreements and onboarding transactions received through various sales and partner channels
  • Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and within established service-level expectations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies and ensure information completeness
  • Investigate and resolve processing exceptions, validation failures, and missing transactions
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards
  • Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
  • Support projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing operational workflows and customer onboarding processes
  • Maintain and update documentation related to procedures, business rules, and process requirements
  • Provide support to team members to help achieve departmental goals and deadlines
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, contract administration, customer onboarding, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams
  • Experience in a regulated industry or high-volume transactional environment is a plus
Location/Salary/Hours/etc.:
  • Role will be 100% onsite at client office in Northwest Houston
  • Starting Pay Rate will be $20.67/hr
  • Hours will be Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Role is slated as Temp-to-Hire with a high probability of going perm
