Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a nationally recognized civil litigation law firm seeking licensed Contract Attorneys to support its growing litigation practice. With offices across the Midwest and Pacific Northwest, the firm represents clients in a broad range of civil defense, insurance, commercial, employment, and product liability matters. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys who enjoy substantive litigation work and want to leverage their research, writing, and analytical skills in a flexible practice setting.

Attorneys with 1-5 years of litigation experience are particularly encouraged to apply. This role is well suited for candidates who enjoy legal research, writing, and motion practice and are seeking meaningful litigation involvement without a heavy courtroom schedule.

Compensation: $45-$75/hour

Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week

Location: 100% Remote

Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and analysis in support of active litigation matters
  • Draft motions, pleadings, memoranda, and other litigation-related documents
  • Assist with written discovery, discovery responses, and factual investigations
  • Prepare case summaries, legal analyses, and written recommendations for supervising attorneys
