- Remote M-F, 8AM-5PM in the employee's time zone
- Must have extensive experience with multi-state FMLA administration full lifecycle, from initial notice through return to work

- ADA interactive process and reasonable accommodations
- STD, LTD and workers' compensation coordination
- HRIS and leave-management systems intake, tracking, reporting
- Excel weekly LOA status reporting and compliance audits
